I have been thinking about making one of these things for awhile now.
My son has a bag of inherited giant legos and its bag broke the other day ages ago. I have just been too lazy busy to do anything about it.
I had seen similar products in our local stores.
So I saw this fabric yesterday and just knew it was perfect! And since I finally have the space for R.bugs nursery I whipped up this bag real quick.
Pretty uh-mazing huh?
The best thing is it can be used for just about anything not just legos... Even for college students as a laundry bag or bath bag. Different sizes? No problem! Girlie? HECK YEAH!
I am still not completely happy with it. I am thinking about trading the draw string for Velcro, and adding another handle, because I think it will be much easier for him when he gets older.
Oh and did you know that Vinyl does like like to move under a sewing foot? Computer paper is a life saver but my stitches around my window look like CRAPOLA! So instead of throw stuff and cry I just gave into the imperfection.

It is a REALLY big bag. Originally it was half a yard wide but I cut it down cause I made an oopsie [with my new rotary cutter]! lol I am thinking about making another one for the store and seeing how it comes out.
Practice makes perfect right?
What do you guys think? Would this be a product you would be interested in purchasing?

Remember where I mentioned above about my new rotary cutter? I learned some vital information about those little suckers... Don't get your fingers in the way & rotary cutter cuts hurt ... bad!
Think ... worst paper cut EVER!
